Lyle's Hobby and Craft through the years...

Even though Lyle's has been gone for 40 (!) years, Google maps provides an interesting archive of the building at 38 N. Cass over the last decade or so. It has had a few tenants in that time, but one thing remains the same- China Chef will outlast us all!
